About This Position

We are looking for a Digital Project Manager who blends creative thinking with business coordination. This is a permanent, remote role ideal for someone who understands design principles but wants to work more strategically by bridging the gap between clients and internal teams.

You’ll be responsible for managing the full lifecycle of digital projects, ensuring every task is briefed correctly, every asset meets brand standards, and every outcome exceeds client expectations. A keen eye for layout, detail, and user experience will be key to reviewing work before it’s submitted for approval.

This position offers room to grow into senior project or account leadership roles.

Key Skills and Qualifications

  • Proven experience in project management, preferably within a digital, creative, or agency environment.
  • Strong understanding of design principles (e.g., layout, typography, visual consistency), with a background in design a plus.
  • Proficient in tools like ClickUp, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace.
  • Comfortable with AI tools to streamline tasks such as note-taking, brief writing, and timeline tracking.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills, with a client-centric mindset.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and adapt to shifting priorities.
  • Proactive, reliable, and detail-oriented.

Responsibilities

  • Act as a key liaison between clients and internal teams across design, development, and strategy.
  • Join client meetings to gather project requirements, scope tasks, and define deliverables.
  • Create detailed briefs for creative and technical teams, ensuring clarity and alignment.
  • Review all design and digital outputs before they are sent to clients—ensuring brand guidelines, spacing, font usage, and overall consistency are met.
  • Manage timelines, workflows, and task allocation using project management tools.
  • Support with image sourcing and light editing when required.
  • Monitor project progress and proactively resolve bottlenecks.
  • Provide regular updates to clients and internal stakeholders.
  • Assist with improving workflows using AI tools where applicable.
  • Participate in team check-ins and continuous learning initiatives.

Working Conditions
